How We Work

Are you designing or building a new space, renovating, or aiming to upgrade the ambiance? Let us bring it to life with light.

We work with both professional and private clients, from architects and developers to homeowners and interior designers.

This is our approach:

  • We begin with a personal meeting to get to know you, understand your vision, lifestyle and the atmosphere you want us to create.

  • We translate your wishes into a first creative lighting concept. This Concept Design shows the overall direction: the mood, the balance between light and shadow, and how each area of your home can come to life.

  • In this phase we work the concept out into a complete and detailed lighting plan. You’ll receive concrete luminaire proposals for every light point, both decorative and technical, carefully curated to match your style and align seamlessly with the design.

  • We finalise the plan with clear technical drawings, dimensions and installation details. These documents give the installer everything needed for a smooth execution.

  • All proposed luminaires and accessories can be ordered directly through Rare Studio. You’ll receive a discount on the retail price, and we take care of the entire process for you: ordering, collecting, labeling, and delivering everything at a moment that suits you.

  • We connect directly with the installer to walk through the plan and ensure everything is fully understood.

    If preferred, we can coordinate the process: liaising with the installer, overseeing progress and ensuring the lighting is executed exactly as intended.

    If you don’t yet have an installer, we’re happy to introduce you to trusted professionals from our network, experienced in high-quality, design-driven projects.
